INTRODUCTION
We thank you for all your material and financial efforts in advancing the mission of salvation in our country, Togo, and throughout the world. All the students and instructors of the BEAR VALLEY Bible School in Lomé send their greetings.
The teaching and mentoring of students continues at BEAR VALLEY LOME to prepare them well for the mission of salvation in the Lomé region and throughout Togo.
Your financial support is always a great blessing from God for us in achieving this goal.
We continue to pray for the guidance of the Almighty God in all things.
We are at the end of the first term of the second academic year, and the students' practical activities continue, including worship work and door-to-door evangelism, especially in the Djagblé neighborhood.
This culminated in a baptism during the month of May.
We need your prayers for the continued success of this mission throughout the city of Lomé.OPERATING REPORT

Planning New Assemblies and RestorationWhile awaiting the start of the survey in Akato for planting a new assembly, we are working with students to organize the new Djagblé Church, including worship services, prayer meetings, hymns, weekly Bible studies, a study group for young brothers and sisters, and a study group for children.Currently, we are teaching a study on how to evangelize effectively within the church to equip members to assist us in evangelism.During the quarter, we worked to restore the church in Ablogamé, where several members had abandoned worship due to a lack of edifying teaching. After two months of work with the church, primarily led by instructor Pascal Koudjodji, membership has increased from 5 to 24. Those who had left have begun to return.6. Student TravelEach week, each student receives 750 CFA francs per night for their travel expenses for studies, three times a week. For the new church in Djagblé, four of the students (Fousséni, Boris, Joël, and Atila) worship with me every Sunday, teaching, preaching, leading hymns, communion, visits, and evangelism. The other students worship in their own congregations. The four who come to worship with me receive 3,000 CFA francs each Sunday for fuel. They are doing a good job, and we can trust them.7. Instructor Training SeminarsFrom June 4th to 6th, 2026, I was in Kpalimé with colleagues Céphas NYEMENTA and Fidèle BELDJESI for a seminar with instructors from the Kpalimé Bible School on new teaching methodologies following the recommendations of Bear Valley. The general theme was: “The Seven Laws of Teaching.”We studied two laws: the law of the teacher and the law of the student. We found these studies very important and we plan to complete the remaining laws of teaching in the coming months.8. Evangelistic CampaignsThe evangelistic campaign planned for April in Djagblé did not take place due to the intense start of the rainy season. We have postponed this campaign to the coming months, as soon as the rains subside.9. Conferences in Local CommunitiesThe conference in Djagblé, planned by the Bear Valley administration of Lomé for June 2026, is intended to strengthen the edification of members in preparation. Doctrinal Issues and Dismissal. The problem of false doctrines among some students persists despite our efforts to bring them back to biblical order. We believe we will dismiss them starting next term. These are students N’SOUVI Kossi and KAGLO Komlan.13. Other Activities:On Sunday, May 31, 2026, we worshipped at the Adamavo Church to seek a solution together to the leadership problem that is dividing the members within the church. The evangelist who planted the church passed away two years ago. Instructor KOUDJODJI Kodjovi Pascal has been working with the church for the past two years. However, they are not ready to accept certain doctrinal changes, such as the influence of women in the church and the committee that leads the church. Therefore, we were invited to help find biblical solutions to these problems.By the grace of God, everything fell into place; the members understood, and everything is back in order. 14.
