New school off to a great start in Kenya

‎KONGONI SCHOOL OF PREACHING

‎First Quarter Report to Bear Valley Institute

‎Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

‎The leadership and administration of Kongoni School of Preaching extend our heartfelt gratitude to Bear Valley Institute for granting us the opportunity to establish this training center. It is a great honor and privilege to partner with you in training men for the service of Christ and the proclamation of His gospel. We thank God for your vision, generosity, and dedication to the advancement of His kingdom.

‎As we conclude our first quarter, we praise God for His faithfulness and guidance from the very beginning. He has sustained the school and blessed the work in many ways. As Psalm 127:1 reminds us, "Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain."

‎We also sincerely appreciate every student who has committed themselves to this training program. Their willingness to study and prepare for gospel ministry is encouraging. We are equally thankful to their families for allowing and supporting them to be part of this important work.

‎The school currently has a total enrollment of 10 students. Throughout this first quarter, we have successfully completed the following courses:

‎- How We Got the Bible – taught by Pius Bwile
‎- The Scheme of Redemption – taught by Kennedy Munubi
‎- The Book of Genesis – taught by Pius Bwile

‎The students are currently studying the Book of Matthew, continuing to build a strong foundation in the Scriptures.

‎Our plan was to have three instructors serving the school. However, one of our teachers has been sick since December of last year and has not been able to participate in teaching. We request your prayers for his recovery so that he may soon return to this important ministry.

‎Despite this challenge, the work is progressing well. We remain committed to training faithful gospel preachers in accordance with 2 Timothy 2:2, entrusting God's truth to faithful men who will also teach others. We are also encouraged by Galatians 6:9, which reminds us not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

‎We humbly request your continued prayers and support for Kongoni School of Preaching, its students, and its instructors. Your partnership has made this work possible, and we pray that God will continue to bless Bear Valley Institute abundantly as together we seek to spread the gospel.

‎Thank you once again for your love, encouragement, and unwavering support.

‎Respectfully submitted,

‎Kennedy Munubi
