Planning for the new batch of students in Visakha Valley, India
Dear Brethren in Christ,
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We are deeply thankful for your prayers, encouragement, and faithful support. Your partnership has strengthened our hands and enabled us to continue the important mission of training faithful men to preach the gospel.
Operating a preaching school requires many essential resources. We must provide classrooms, teaching materials, food, housing, and daily care for our students. Above all, the quality of our teaching faculty makes the greatest difference. We place a high priority on sound biblical instruction, carefully preparing the lessons and materials presented in the classroom. We are especially grateful for the commitment, dedication, and sacrificial spirit of our teachers, who faithfully invest themselves in the lives of these future evangelists.
Each year, before the beginning of a new academic session, the faculty of Visakha Valley Bible College gathers for a full day of planning and evaluation. During this meeting, we review the previous year, discuss doctrinal issues, evaluate our curriculum, and prayerfully plan for the coming academic year. As we prepare to welcome a new class of students after the summer break, we also discuss the subjects to be taught, the best teaching methods, and ways to strengthen our overall training program.
This year, we have decided to invest additional funds in providing quality study materials for every student in each subject. Our desire is to continually improve the standard of teaching at the college while maintaining a culture of biblical excellence. We want our students not only to receive thorough instruction from their teachers but also to have valuable resources that will help them continue growing in biblical knowledge and ministry long after they leave the classroom.
None of this would be possible without your generous partnership. We sincerely thank each of you for making this work possible through your prayers, financial support, and words of encouragement.
