BVBI in Kisumu, Kenya, Looks Forward to Graduation
This is to let the brethren know that we have already resumed classes at KSOP. This began officially on Monday, the 6th of July, 2026. This marks the fourth quarter in the second year of the seventh class of 2024-2026. This quarter will continue until the graduation day of August 29th, 2026.
We maintain the number of students to graduation day to be 19. All of them are serious enough not to let go of this rare opportunity.
One student by the name Ezekiel lost his 25 year old son a few days before class resumption. Prayers for him in these hard times.
During their holiday, 24 congregations were served, and a number of gospel meetings were attended. Some churches were restored, baptisms conducted, and some fallen believers restored.
Students and teachers attended the Licha meeting, where 10 backsliders were restored. At Ruga gospel meeting, some students and teachers participated. One baptism was done, plus four individual restorations. Rono in their church had baptized three. Joshua at the Kiriita congregation had immersed one soul into Christ. Cleophas and Tonui had both baptised one. At Tieng're preachers' conference, two souls were immersed.
Total baptisms were 9. Individual restorations were 34. Two (2) congregations were revived.
In this last quarter, we have 2 short course teachers: Dr. Mike and Peter Ray. Regular instructors are 4: Charles, David, Phabian, and Elias. The number of courses that are taught totals 7. May our great God use our teachers and the students as He wills.
We look forward to seeing everyone on the day of graduation. DO NOT MISS!!
May the Almighty Lord be with each and every one.
Your brother,
Elias Omollo
