PREAMBLE 

As we reflect on the past month at Southern Institute, we celebrate the strides made in our ministry, academic pursuit, and infrastructural development. Our commitment to spreading the word and fostering a conducive learning environment continues to bear fruit, thanks to the dedication of our sponsors, faculty and students.

This report encapsulates our key activities, particularly our radio preaching initiative, househouse evangelism at Doboro and the ongoing school building project.

THE TOP RADIO PREACHING

This month, our radio preaching initiative has gained remarkable traction. Our dedicated team has successfully aired a series of sermons that have reached a wider audience than ever before. The response from the community has been overwhelming positive, with many listeners asking questions and expressing appreciation for the spiritual nourishment and guidance provided.

HOUSE–TO-HOUSE EVANGELISM 

The entire student body and the faculty planned a week house to house campaign purposely to Strengthen the Doboro congregation. Although no baptism was recorded, two brethren were restored and four visited the church on Sunday service.

SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT 

In tandem with our outreach efforts, significant progress has been made on our school building project. The focus of this month is enhancing the physical structure to better serve our student and faculty. 

The key activities include:

Ceiling installation and Painting: The installation of Plaster of Paris ceiling for the targeted areas are nearly in completion, providing a modern and aesthetic touch to our Lecture hall and common rooms. We have successfully painted the ceilings, enhancing the overall ambiance of our facilities.

Electrical installation: We have fixed ceiling lights and fans to ensuring improved visibility and welcoming environment for learning 

Plumbing fixes: plumbing fixtures has been installed. In the coming week, all the toilet seats would be fixed as well.

Construction of Gutter: The gutter construction is now complete to prevent water damage and promote proper drainage.

Weed and insect Control: Spraying of insecticides and weedicides has been 

conducted to maintain to maintain clean and safe outdoor environment.

CONCLUSION 

The Past month at Southern Institute has been one of the growth and transformation. Our radio preaching House to house evangelism and Radio preaching is not only enhancing our outreach but also solidifying our role as spiritual beacon in our community. Simultaneously, the school building project is paving a way for a brighter future for our students, with improved infrastructures that fosters learning and spiritual growth. As we look ahead, we are excited about the possibilities that lies before us and remain committed to our mission of equipping believers for service in the kingdom of God.
