April 2026 Operation Report

Preface

April 2026 marked a significant period of spiritual growth, evangelistic outreach, and academic achievement for Bear Valley Bible Institute – Liberia. Through successful evangelism campaigns, leadership development opportunities, international collaboration, and institutional advancement, the Institute continued to fulfill its mission of training men for faithful service in the Kingdom of God.

This report highlights major activities and accomplishments achieved during this period by the grace of God.

Evangelism Campaign and Church Establishment

As the 2024–2026 school year came to an end, the institution remained steadfast in its evangelistic efforts, continuing its mission to train men for the Lord’s work.

In March 2026, Bear Valley Bible Institute – Liberia, in collaboration with the Nimba County Evangelism Team, successfully conducted a major evangelism campaign. This effort resulted in 36 baptisms, leading to the establishment of the Lord’s Church in Seikenpa, Nimba County, on March 15, 2026.

This milestone reflects the Institute’s continued commitment to spreading the Gospel and strengthening the Kingdom of God throughout Liberia.

Sierra Leone Graduation

In Kenema, Sierra Leone, on April 18, 2026, the Bear Valley Bible Institute Sierra Leone Extension and the Sierra Leone School of Biblical Studies graduated twenty students who successfully completed the two-year full-time program and the four-year extension program, respectively. In addition, twenty-nine new students were matriculated into these respective programs.

The graduates earned Higher Diplomas in Biblical Studies, General Agriculture, and Computer Studies, reflecting the institutions’ commitment to equipping men and women for Christian service and community development.

The Director of Bear Valley Bible Institute–Liberia, Fester G. Lee, had the opportunity to join both international and local counterparts in the two-day lectureship held from April 16–17 under the theme: “Sound Christian Education in Service of the Great Commission,” prior to the graduation ceremony.

This lectureship emphasized the vital role of sound Christian education in evangelism, soul-winning, and strengthening the Church for which Jesus Christ gave His life. It highlighted the significance of biblical training in preparing faithful leaders to advance the Great Commission, build stronger congregations, and expand the Kingdom of God throughout Africa and beyond.

4th Graduation and 5th Matriculation Ceremony

On April 25, 2026, Bear Valley Bible Institute–Liberia successfully held its 4th Graduation and 5th Matriculation Ceremony, officially bringing the 2024–2026 academic year to a close.

In collaboration with Bear Valley Bible Institute Sierra Leone, the institution also organized a two-day leadership lectureship under the theme: “Sound Christian Education in Service of the Great Commission.” This program was purposefully designed to maximize biblical edification for participants from both Liberia and Sierra Leone.

The lectureship highlighted the significance of Christian education in winning souls for Christ, strengthening Christians, and building the Church for which Jesus Christ died. Through sound biblical training, Christian education equips faithful leaders, preachers, and workers to effectively advance the Gospel, establish congregations, and uphold the truth of God’s Word.

This important event brought together church members, gospel preachers, church leaders, and distinguished guests from across Liberia and West Africa for biblical instruction, fellowship, spiritual encouragement, and leadership development.

The two-day leadership program concluded with the graduation ceremony on Saturday, April 25, 2026, during which nine (9) students successfully graduated from the two-year full-time program, earning Diplomas in Biblical Studies along with Certificates in Agriculture and Computer Studies.

Additionally, eighteen (18) new students were matriculated as the 5th Batch and will now begin their studies through the Extended Program (Saturday Classes), expanding opportunities for biblical education and leadership training.

This occasion marked another significant milestone in the Institute’s continuing mission to train faithful men and women for Christian service, evangelism, and leadership within the Lord’s Church.

By the grace of God, the next academic session is expected to commence on May 30, 2026, pending successful preparations.
