Keith visits Peru
Greetings, brothers and sisters,
These past two months have been spiritually enriching. Having begun our third round of training, the first two courses of the program have been completed. The Origins of the Bible and Personal Evangelism courses concluded successfully, with Brothers Abraham Alata and Andres Nuñez doing an excellent job in the teaching process. There was very good participation throughout the instruction period.
In addition, we had the pleasure of a visit from the Director of International Studies, our brother Keith Kasarjian, in Lima during the second week of February. We had a series of congregational visits, Bible classes, and sermons with him, and he also had the opportunity to meet some of our students.
Besides the lessons taught at the institute to our students, some of our teachers are actively supporting various congregations with conferences, ministry assistance, counseling, and workshops. The needs and requirements for help among our sister congregations vary, and we are trying to help in any way we can, all with the purpose of honoring and glorifying God. We appreciate all the efforts being made to keep this international school project going.
We have started two new courses: Homiletics 1 and Christian Evidence. These courses will be offered in March and April, taught by Abraham Alata and Juan Abanto. We currently have 14 students enrolled in the program and hope to continue growing, God willing.
