ACTIVITIES REPORTS OF BVBI KPALIME-TOGO

Extended Program – Second Quarter 2025-2026

(November-December 2025 and January 2026)

INTRODUCTION

May the love and grace of God always be with you, and may you be granted good health from our Lord Jesus Christ. We would like to thank you for your commitment to the ministry of Christ through your material and financial support for the smooth running of the Kpalimé school. As always, the school continues its activities in collaboration with the graduating evangelist students from the Bear Valley School in Kpalimé who are serving in missions in various locations in southern Togo. We continue to strive to bring the gospel to lost souls, and we pray that the Lord our God will help us all in this commitment to achieving the objectives of each program.

Activities Report

1. Number of Students:

4. Teachers' Meetings:

For the successful completion of each term's program, the teachers hold a meeting every month and also organize prayer sessions for the school (teaching staff, students, and all Bear Valley staff) to entrust all school activities to God. in the hands of the Lord.

To this end, the students participate in practical field activities with teachers and other preachers according to the school's curriculum. This is a glory given to the Lord for the baptisms administered in Lavie, Agome-Yoh, Kpalimé, and Kpelé-Adeta. We pray for the growth and maturity of their souls to remain true disciples of Christ.

5. Activities in the Assemblies

The effort and courage of the evangelists of Kpalimé contribute to the implementation of various activities in the Kpalimé area and its neighboring villages.

a- Door-to-Door Evangelism

We have organized door-to-door evangelism programs in several villages, namely: Lavie-Adedomé, Agome-Yoh, Kpalimé, and Kpelé-Adeta.

b- Baptism

The activities organized by the school during these three months (November-December 2025 and January 2026) resulted in the salvation of 24 souls

The baptisms of November and December 2025 totaled sixteen (16):

-       Two souls baptized in LAVIE-APEDOME

-       Three people baptized in AGOVIEPE

-       One man in AGOME-YOH

-       Five women baptized in OKPAHOUE

-       Two people baptized in ZOMAYI

-       One baptism in KATI

-       Two baptisms in Danyi Ahlon

The baptisms of January 2026 totaled eight (8):

-       Three souls converted and baptized in KPELE-ADETA

-       Four young people baptized in ZOMAYI

-       One person baptized in AKATA

c- Campaign

The Kpalimé school organized a three-day evangelistic campaign in Kpélé-Adeta on January 29, 30, and 31, 2026. Participants in this program included teaching staff, students, and some members of the Kpélé area. The goal is to establish a church in this new neighborhood of Adeta. We gave thanks to the Lord our God for the conversion of three (3) souls at the start of this church.

d- Worship and Edification

In order to properly guide and educate the children, based on the training that Mrs. Rachel Ashcraft provided to our women in Kpalimé, these women are organizing themselves within their church to pass on these concepts to the children. It is with this objective in mind that the trained women of the Agou Nyogbo Church organized a special day for children and young people on Sunday, January 4, 2026, after the church service. These children presented to the entire Nyogbo congregation the retelling of biblical verses and the history of the people of Israel from Abraham's call to their exodus from Egypt. It was truly instructive and edifying.

It is in this communion that a fraternal agape meal is held after these performances by the children, as also organised in several assemblies on the same date.

e-Seminar

On Monday, December 8th, we organized a seminar for the Evangelists of Greater Kloto and their wives at the Church of Christ in Château-Kpalimé. The topic was "Walking Together to Succeed Together," taught by Brother Willie Gley, with 23 preachers and 19 women in attendance.

Kpalimé Preachers' Meeting

To ensure the success of Christ's ministry through collaboration and unity, preachers from all areas of Kpalimé hold a meeting on the first Monday of each month.

November, December, and January are full of activities. School is progressing well, and classes are also proceeding normally. Other parallel activities are organized around the school in collaboration with the teaching staff and students, evangelists, and local churches. These include door-to-door evangelistic programs, which resulted in 24 baptisms; a seminar; an evangelistic campaign; and edification programs in each local assembly, all aimed at helping each member remain a disciple of Christ.
