Students in Kisumu, Kenya, continue to work for the Lord
This is the beginning of the second year of the second quarter of the seventh class students at KSOP. This semester began on January 5th and will run through February 27th, 2026.
Two programs go on here, undergraduate and graduate classes.
The Lord has blessed KSOP so much by the coming of Dr. Denny Petrillo and Dr. Mike Reese. These brethren teach for two weeks, short courses in the two programs. We appreciate their willingness, ability, and presence at KSOP.
After they are done, regular instructors will take over the remaining six weeks to teach 5 courses.
When we consider students’ work in their home local congregations, we are impressed and encouraged by how the Lord uses them to enlarge His spiritual kingdom.
Their evangelistic efforts of visiting, preaching, teaching, and doing follow-ups (during gospel meetings, youth camps, and seminars where they helped) has resulted in baptizing at least 46 souls into Christ. 27 restorations of erring ones have been done. One new local congregation has been planted near Mount Elgon, and untold exhortations and growth go on in many souls.
We ask for continued prayers on their behalf here and on all training preachers worldwide.
We pray for the Lord's blessings to be upon all brethren in this great work.
Your brother,
Elias Omollo.
