First Time Visit To Cameroon...

Dearest in Christ,

Greetings from your brothers and sister here. We are pleased to know that you are doing great and we are here to relate information about what is making news here in the work in Cameroon.

Brother Randy Martin stood on our pulpit this day to teach a Bible class. He taught on the topic Imagery in Scriptures. It was great and many asked questions to help their understanding. It was powerful.

The weather is still poor as many are still sick because of weather conditions. Keep us in your prayers.

Keep our children in your prayers, as our children will start another academic year tomorrow. We prayed for them and we wished them a great school year.

CBIW is moving on well. The students finished their long course exams for the third quarter. Tomorrow morning they will start a short course in the book of 1st Corinthians. Brother Randy Martin is already here and we praise God for the safe travel. This is his very first time to Cameroon.

Last week the CBIW students wrote their exams for the third quarter. The exams went on without any problem.

The work in Ediki continues to grow. The Lord added one soul there, and the Lord added two souls in the Wotutu congregation this week, brother Richard Buya and brother John Leke.

The young congregation in Batoke also is witnessing growth, from 6 worshippers last week to 16 that worshiped today. We praise God for His great work being accomplished here in Cameroon. Minister Opel needs to move there and we shall be sending CBIW students on the weekend to help.

Plans
All our students will soon leave Wotutu to other villages for mission work. We may not send our students to some areas now, because of the rains. It will not be easy for them to penetrate those areas during this season. Keep them in your prayers.

Appreciations
Many thanks to you for allowing God to use you help the work here. God will bless you and reward you. Share our work with others.

Elangwe and family
