ACTIVITY REPORT OF AUGUST 2026

 Introduction and Thanksgiving

We give abundant thanks to Almighty God for His sustaining grace, protection, and unfailing faithfulness throughout the month of August 2026. This month was characterized by the smooth continuation of our academic program, the strengthening of our pedagogical standards, and fruitful evangelistic outreach in the field.

We remain deeply grateful to all our sponsors, donors, and ministry partners. Your regular prayers, encouragement, and financial support are vital to the growth and development of our training center, the training of faithful gospel preachers, and, above all, the conversion and salvation of precious souls across Togo.

 I. Academic Progress and Bear Valley Methodology

Throughout August, classes for the second academic term (running from July through late October 2026) progressed smoothly and in an environment conducive to spiritual and intellectual growth.

The seven scheduled courses continue to be taught with diligence and commitment:

·         Biblical Geography : Cephas

·         How We Got the Bible : Kpelevi

·         Old Testament 5 (Minor Prophets) : Nicodème

·         Marriage and Family Life : Cephas

·         Pastoral Epistles : Kpelevi

·         Church History : Fidèle

·         Hebrews : Fidèle

Our instructors are fully committed to teaching strictly according to the official Bear Valley curriculum. The approved teaching methodology is carefully observed: students are required to produce their own course notebooks through active in-class note-taking, creating personal manuscripts for future ministry. Instructor master notes are only provided at the completion of each module as supplementary reference material.

 II. Faculty Meeting at the Center

An important meeting bringing together all the institute's instructors was held at the center this month.

The primary objectives of this meeting were to:

1. Review and reinforce individual duties and responsibilities assigned to each teacher to ensure the smooth operation, order, and academic excellence of the Institute.

2. Standardize instructional delivery in strict adherence to Bear Valley standards, with particular emphasis on mastering and applying the Laws of Teaching.

3. Ensure closer oversight regarding student evaluation, classroom punctuality, and the spiritual mentorship of the student body.

This meeting renewed the faculty's collective dedication to maintaining high standards of doctrinal integrity and academic discipline.

 III. Student Life: Commendation and Disciplinary Measures

Training men to preach the Gospel requires both intellectual competence and exemplary moral and spiritual character.

·         Commendations: We are pleased to commend several of our students who continue to distinguish themselves through exceptional hard work, academic diligence, spiritual maturity, and a servant-hearted attitude both on campus and in local congregations.

·         Discipline and Corrections: On the other hand, certain students have demonstrated inappropriate attitudes and behavior that compromise the order and spiritual atmosphere of the school. These issues have required firm and severe corrective measures. We continue to address these matters with biblical firmness and pastoral love, aiming to bring about genuine repentance, renewed discipline, and conduct worthy of a minister of Christ.

IV. Evangelism, Practical Ministry, and Spiritual Fruit

In accordance with the Bear Valley model, classroom instruction is closely paired with hands-on ministry in the field:

· Every Friday: Students and faculty participate in organized evangelistic campaigns to support church planting and strengthen local congregations.

·  Sundays and Wednesdays: Students are dispatched two by two on a rotating schedule to local congregations to preach, teach Bible classes, and lead worship services. Each team must submit a written activity report upon their return.

Fruit of the Ministry: By God’s grace and through the persistent efforts of our students and staff, two (2) souls were baptized into Christ this month. We rejoice with the angels in heaven over these new additions to the Lord’s church.

 V. Student Recruitment for the Next Intake (April 2027)

To ensure the continuity and expansion of the work, the administration has launched proactive plans to recruit candidates for the new class set to begin in April 2027.

Application forms and admission criteria are currently being distributed to congregations and local preachers throughout various regions of Togo. Our goal is to identify, interview, and enroll faithful, serious, and mature men who are fully committed to biblical truth and dedicated to the work of the Lord's kingdom.

Conclusion and Outlook

The month of August 2026 has been a period of productive labor, constructive administrative alignment, and spiritual blessings.

As we enter the final stretch of the second term, our key priorities remain:

·         Upholding sound doctrine and rigorous academic standards,

·         Providing close pastoral and disciplinary guidance to our students,

·         Intensifying field evangelism and local church support,

·         Actively processing applications for the April 2027 intake.
