JULY 2026 OPERATING REPORT

We are pleased to report briefly some of the things that took place in the month of July 2026 at the Tamale preaching school. It is a joy to us accounting for the activities we engage in as an institute.

KPALSI SOUTH CONGREGATION

The Lord has been gracious to us as a local congregation in the month of July 2026. We are pleased to report that, by the special grace of God, and the consistent persuasion of people with the gospel of Christ, one soul was added to the Lord’s church. Madam Liticia, who is in her 40s, formerly of the Roman Catholic Church was converted and added to the Lord’s church. Joy took place in heaven by the angels of God, in the month of July with the addition of this beautiful soul. We give God praise.

BENEVOLENT ACT: Also, in the month of July, sister Kafui Asante, a member of the local congregation in Kpalsi South, the wife of brother James Legend, who has been supported by Brother Steven Ashcraft to start her business, has also aided a young lady who was converted into the Lord’s church few years ago with a sewing machine and a seed money to learn fashion designing. We are certain this benevolent act would help strengthen the faith of this young lady.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The Lawra area evangelistic team in the Upper West Region started their next batch of local leadership training to strengthen the work of God in this part of Northern Ghana. The goal of this programs as done in other areas are directed toward building up brethren to know the duty and qualification of the Christian or spiritual leader, and to also help them to lead local congregations to worship according to the doctrine of Christ and His apostles and by extension, the pattern of the New Testament church as seen in scriptures. We also use these training sessions to stir up the gifts and desires of those who are faithful enough and wish to progress into the work of an evangelist by enrolling into the diploma course. This is gradually proving to be a very worthy course which sincerely aids the Lord’s work.

ACADEMIC WORK

In the month of July 2026, students reported back to school but moved to Accra directly for our joint classes with the Accra campus. Classes have since continued smoothly by the special grace of God. There were however some transportational challenges while on our way to Accra as our bus truck broke down on the way. We were however able to make arrangements to transport the students to Accra by a public bus, and God being so good, brother Steven was able to support us with funds to fix our broken van. All the glory goes to God.

GHANA FIRE SERVICE

The Ghana fire service visited the school in the month of July to inspect the institute and its environment. They also said that it is a legal requirement by the laws of Ghana for us to have fire detectors and control systems installed on our building once it is an institute. According to this government entity, the process should have started immediately when the project started where we would have by now been issued with a fire certificate. Some measurements were taken, and an invoice has since been prepared and brought to the school. This would need to be addressed.

SCHOOL GARDEN

We have had our first harvest of crops from the school garden. We have successfully harvested our Groundnut (pea-nut). Maize and okra are currently sowed on the land and are doing well by far. Our plantains are also doing very well by the special grace of God. Part of the land has been reserved for potential watermelon piloting. We intend to do the watermelon in a manner that would make them start producing in the dry season. It is a strategic plan.
