Powerful preaching in Harare, Zimbabwe

HARARE EXTENSION – APRIL TO JUNE 2026 REPORT

INTRODUCTION

Extension school in Harare operates from the church of Christ, Dzivaresekwa premises. The school opened to the first class in 2018, and after the coming October 2026 graduation, thirty people would have gone through the school. Currently these men and women are serving in different roles in different congregations. The ripple effect of their effectiveness continue to touch lives. Some men are elders, some are serving as congregation ministers/preachers. One thing that gives us the inspiration to go on is that in whatever capacity they are serving, they are all focused on saving souls. Nhamo Mandebvu, one of our 2024 graduates was invited to teach at the 2026 Southern Africa International Lectureship held in April.

Bear Valley Bible Institute International, we thank you for this partnership. Brother Keith Karsajian, we are so appreciative for your role in Zimbabwe. Brother Donnie Estep, we are grateful for your direct involvement and your visits, twice every year. We salute you all.

APRIL BLOCK

Instead of our usual visit to Gweru for the continous learning, the students this time around went to Nhowe Mission and met, fellowshipped and enjoyed (together) the learning process with the Nhowe students. The block ran from the 03rd to the 14th of April 2026.

Besides the learning process, lessons taught by Daniel Mayfield and Kudakwashe Madyira, the students also had an opportunity to be exposed to evangelism programme in the farming areas. Specifically Barrymore Farm was visited and the members from Twist Farm came for fellowship too .

Hospital visitations were also included in the programme. The sick were strengthened, received words of hope and comfort, prayers, and God worked through these men.

I am grateful to brothers Daniel and Blaine for visiting and spending time with the students at Nhowe Mission. After the work at Nhowe Mission they also visited Dzivaresekwa and we were to meet them.
