June report, 2026

Report

Introduction

We send greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As we report on the activities that the BVBI-Zambia has done in the month of June. We have had travelled to Chingola and Kitwe, Masaiti district on the Copperbelt province, we also did some work in our own district of Luanshya respectively.

We are now about to change the quarter to go into our final classes of the fourth quarter, a short course class was taught by brother Kennedy Mukuka. We never cease to be busy for our Lord in His vineyard.

EVANGELISM IN KITWE AND MASAITI DISTRICT

After brother Kennedy Mukuka completed teaching his course on Friday 19 June, brother Cephas Mwamba and him procceded to Kitwe to minister baptism to Mr Sesa who is current a student at Copperbelt university. He requested to be baptized after studying W.B.S and it was a great moment. And after that trip;

Brother Cephas Mwamba led the student body in evangelism in Masaiti of Malila Ngungu area. It was another good experience for our students preaching. Malila Ngunga is a Virgin land for the gospel, so our intention is to plant a new congregation in this village with population between 100 and 1000. It was an evangelism which was organised for a day work and there is a great demand to evangelize in this village

CHINGOLA MEETING

We organized a hadhoc meeting in Chingola for the church on the Copperbelt to meet there. For the purpose of concluding our planned meeting in July, all the leaders were invited in this meeting. It took place on June 28, we had thirty one (31) leaders and the meeting went on well, in the meeting;

It was resolved that: we need to strengthen congregations boardering Congo D.R. and help in reviving one congregation in Kasumbalesa. The meeting ended in Visitaion to one congregation with encouraging words to the sick leader. We are now ready to have a gospel meeting which will begin from 3rd July to 6th July.

MAKING PROGRESS WITH OUR GARDEN

In our school garden which is meant for our students to earn a survival skill in farming, we have planted 5,000 seeds of cabbage, 1000 tomatoes and other vegetables. The garden is doing so well and part of its production was sold and the money was used to buy blocks for our ablution block.

We thank God to brother Darren and family who have contributed very much to this reality. We continue to make impact in the community by the grace of God the way to preaching of the gospel has been made easy by this gesture of our garden. Most of the communty members are buying our product at a favorable prices. Our banana plantation is doing well too, we have harvested and sold some
