May report, 2026
Report
Introduction
We send greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As we report on the activities that the BVBI-Zambia has done in the month of May. We have had travelled to Lusaka and Kalumbila district the in Northwestern province, we also did some work in our own district of Luanshya and Chingola respectively.
We are now in our third quarter. Classes are underway and so is preparation of our firth graduation ceremony. A short course class will be taught by brother Kennedy Mukuka. In all we should report that we have had a busy time in the Lord.
GOSPEL MEETING AT CHONGWE IN LUSAKA
Brother Fred Kanangu led our students and senventeen other youths from the Copperbelt to a national youth meeting in Lusaka. Fred and brother Kennedy Mukuka taught at the meeting where 1,614 youths were in attendace.
Brother Kanangu taught on a subject: faithful ambassadors of Christ, while brother Mukuka encouraged unmaried young men to choose wisely their spouses in faith. It was a great meeting as we train our students to interact with other youths from other provinces and grow in their training. Both our teachers from BVBI-Zambia emphasized on the training that is offered by Bear Valley Bible Institute International, they emphasized on a need for them to undergo such a good training.
The meeting ended with 14 restorations, 17 newborn babes in Christ, and we had youths from eight provinces out of ten provinces that we have in Zambia.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN KALUMBILA IN NORTHWESTERN PROVINCE
Brother kennedy Mukuka and brother Cephas Mwamba had travelled to the Northwestern province where 19 congregations are established in a district, two of the congregation are not doing very well. Hence the need to have a seminar on leaders to be active role models.
The meeting was organized to help sharpen leaders in these congregations. Ten (10) congregations were in attendance, and the meeting went on for 5 days. Lessons were taught and we also had 2 days to do evangelism in one of the congregations which has not been doing well. One baptism was recorded during our preaching, we also had counseling sessions during the meeting. Twenty six (26) Leaders attended the meeting. We should report that there is a great need for us as the school to do more evangelism in these areas. The good news is that one of our current student is coming from this area.
LEADERSHIP MEETING IN CHINGOLA - COPPERBELT
We have continued to have these meetings in the Copperbelt in Chingola for this year in preparation for the gospel meeting to be held during our trade fare holidays. This is going to be a four days meeting in Chingola district during the first week of July. We are expecting 350 to 500 members of the church to be in attendance
On 20/05/2026, we met with 36 leaders to finalise on the meeting preparations. Brother Cephas Mwamba and brother Fred Kanangu will be teaching during this four day meeting. We expect students of BVBI-Zambia to participate actively and also do envangelism. It was a healthy meeting to our spiritual lives for one day only, we will have a final meeting again on 20/06/2026

May our God bless all of you for loving Him. We keep on praying that we never face the wrath and destruction of God. We hope that we will never be faced with that side of our Lord's nature, but His love.
As Jesus said; when we show loving concern for others, we do it to Him. We praise Yahweh for your servanthood in His kingdom
In His service,
Cephas and Fred
