Biblical and practical training in Kara, Togo

MONTHLY REPORT – APRIL 2026
Bear Valley Bible Institute – Kara, Togo
Date: April 6, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

We extend our fraternal greetings and best wishes in Christ to the entire team faithfully supporting God’s work across Africa, including:

·         Sponsors and ministry partners;

·         Trainers and evangelists committed to the field.

May the Lord, Master of the harvest, renew your strength, wisdom, and joy as you contribute—through your prayers, resources, and commitment—to the salvation of lost souls and the edification of the Body of Christ in the various contexts where this ministry operates.

We give thanks to God for His constant faithfulness and for the many blessings bestowed upon the Bear Valley Bible Institute – Kara during the month of April 2026. This month was marked by intense academic and missionary activity, combining the classroom curriculum with field evangelism activities, specifically on Fridays in the villages of TCHITCHAO KEZIDE and TCHITCHAO KIGBELEN.

The efforts this month resulted in the conversion and baptism of three souls, demonstrating the effectiveness of the practical training provided to students, who apply the lessons learned in class to their daily ministry.

2. EVANGELISM ACTIVITIES

Integrating structured evangelistic campaigns is essential to the students' training. The Institute does not limit itself to the theoretical transmission of biblical knowledge; its mission is to train evangelists capable of making disciples and planting local churches, following the example of the Apostle Paul.

Every Friday is dedicated to field experience and practice, aiming to shape:

1.      The Student’s Character: Developing consistent spiritual discipline.

2.      The Evangelist’s Profile: Gaining practical field competence.

3.      Missionary Responsibility: Cultivating a zeal for the salvation of lost souls.

The objective is to train active field laborers rather than mere "pulpit evangelists." The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few; therefore, we strive to seize every opportunity to move forward in this mission.
