Eighth Graduation Held in Accra, Ghana

OVERVIEW

The institute continues to uphold its commitment to excellence in Biblical education through a diverse range of courses. This report highlights the teaching schedules, the Top Radio preaching series, graduation, and the relocation of the school.

Course Activities

Throughout the month of March, four courses were taught:

a. Biblical Greek by Samuel Papa Woode

b. Old Testament 1 led by E.O. Larbi

c. Homiletics 1 by John Acquah

The Top Radio Preaching

This month, our Tuesday radio segment still focuses on the theme "Baptism," with much emphasis as a means of salvation. The teachings have been well-received, and we continue to receive positive feedback from listeners who appreciate the clarity and depth of the messages shared.

Graduation

The institute held its 8th Graduation and 9th Matriculation on March 7th to honour and ordain 17 Diploma and 1 Master’s student into the ministry. The West African coordinator, Bro. Steven Ashcraft, was the guest speaker of the occasion; he highlighted the role of an evangelist and the work of preaching. In attendance were Church leaders, family members of the graduands, staff and directors of the various extended programmes

Staff Meeting

Bro. Steven Ashcraft invited all the Directors in Ghana for a meeting at the Accra Doboro campus on how the school will be evangelistic in Ghana. As a result, special emphasis was also placed on the need for Greek instructors and Research and Writing in all the schools. Furthermore, brethren were assigned roles to coordinate the schools in Ghana.

The Doboro campus also had a meeting on 17th March to discuss the aftermath of the graduation, moving from Doboro to the new site, and hiring a new cook and security.

Moving to our new site

The school has made all the necessary preparations to move from Doboro to Botokura, also in the Greater Accra region. Most of the items have already been moved to the new campus, even though the facilities are not ready, but with the hope that by the 19th, we can start lectures over there.

Conclusion

The Bear Valley Bible Institute remains committed to fostering a rich learning environment that impacts students’ spiritual growth and academic development. The courses offered this month have demonstrated strong engagement and participation, reflecting the dedication of both instructors and students. Moving forward, we aim to enhance our programs by integrating more interactive elements and resources to support student learning.

We remain grateful to our partners, alumni, and friends’ prayers, encouragement, and financial contributions.

May the Lord bless our endeavours as we strive to fulfil our mission.
