BVBI in Abuja, Nigeria, Prepares for Upcoming Seminar

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to God for His continued grace and guidance over the work at the Bear Valley Bible Institute Nigeria (BVBIN), Abuja Study Centers.

We are pleased to present this report highlighting the progress, ongoing activities, and challenges within the period under review.

1. EVANGELISM PROGRESS (Faculty and Students)

We thank God for the commitment of both faculty and students in the area of evangelism.
Their dedication has yielded visible fruits, as five souls have been won to Christ within this reporting period.
This reflects the growing zeal for soul-winning and the practical application of the teachings received at the institute.

2. ACADEMIC PROGRESS AND GRADUATION

By the grace of God, preparations are ongoing for the graduation of our fourth batch of students, scheduled for May 2026. This milestone marks another significant step in equipping faithful men for the work of ministry.

3. UPCOMING SEMINAR

We are planning to host an indoor seminar in July 2026 with the theme: "The Relationship Between Preachers and Elders (Where Such Exists and Where It Does Not)."
The earlier proposed schedule could not hold due to unforeseen circumstances, but we trust God for a successful and impactful gathering at the rescheduled time.

4. SKILLS ACQUISITION PROGRAM

The Dr. Atakpa Skills Acquisition Program continues to progress steadily. We are particularly excited to report its expansion into Information and Communication Technology (I.C.T.) and computerization. This development is enhancing the capacity of participants and equipping them with relevant skills for both ministry and livelihood.

5. CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIC PLANS

One of the major challenges we are currently facing is student enrollment. Due to proximity constraints, we are taking deliberate steps to expand our scope in order to reach and teach more students.

ADDITIONALLY:

- There has been increasing interest in online studies, which we are prayerfully considering as a viable option.

- Plans are underway to reach out to various catchment areas, where we intend to gather prospective students in clusters for teaching and training.

6. PRAYERS

We solicit your prayers for continued growth, both within Nigeria and beyond. We also pray that God will grant you, our international directors, more grace, strength, and wisdom as you oversee this noble work.

We deeply appreciate your leadership, encouragement, and unwavering support. May the Lord continue to bless and sustain you in His vineyard.

Yours in His service,
Dr. Imoh Enang Atakpa
