The months of July to September, 2026 was period of meaningful academic activities, spiritual development, fellowship, and evangelistic engagement. We sincerely thank God for granting the instructors and students the strength, wisdom, good health, and commitment required to carry out the activities of the school successfully.

We are particularly grateful to God for His goodness towards the school, its students, management, administrators, sponsors, and everyone who has contributed in one way or another to the progress and development of the Institute. Despite the various challenges associated with theological education and ministry training, the work of preparing men and women for effective Christian service continues by the grace of God.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

The academic programme during the period under review was carried out with seriousness, commitment and in line with the Bear Valley Bible Institute Standard. Students participated in lectures and classroom activities designed to deepen their knowledge of the Scriptures and equip them for more effective service in the Lord's vineyard.

The following courses were taught during the quarter:

i. OLD TESTAMENT 4: (Joshua to Esther). Taught by: Okoro Chinyere

ii. PASTORAL EPISTLES. Taught by: Emmanuel Chukwuka Odo

STUDENT PARTICIPATION AND DEVELOPMENT

The period under review also provided opportunities for students to develop spiritually and practically. The classroom activities were not treated merely as academic exercises but as preparation for Christian service. Students were encouraged to connect their classroom learning with practical ministry, evangelism, personal spiritual growth, teaching, preaching, and service to the church. The Institute remains committed to producing students who will not only possess theological knowledge but will also demonstrate Christian character and use their knowledge for the advancement of the Gospel.

EVANGELISM CAMPAIGN

One of the major practical ministry activities during the period under review was the Evangelism Campaign at Akuwonjo Church of Christ on Saturday, 29th August 2026.

The campaign provided an important opportunity for the Institute to take the gospel to the lost world. The students and brethren were encouraged to participate actively in the proclamation of the Gospel and in reaching people with the message of Christ. Such evangelistic activities are essential to the mission of the Institute because theological education should ultimately contribute to the growth of the church and the fulfillment of Christ's command to take the Gospel to the world. The campaign also helped to strengthen the students' understanding that biblical knowledge must be accompanied by practical commitment to evangelism and the salvation of souls.

ADMISSION

We are grateful to God for the opportunity to welcome a new student into the Institute during the period under review. Brother Edward Adesina, a member of the Church of Christ, Oke Ira, Ogba, Lagos was admitted into Bear Valley Bible Institute Nigeria, Agege Lagos Study Centre.
