*Second Quarter/ One year in office Report*

*1. Introduction*

I assumed office as the Director of BVBIN Enugu Study Center on July 1, 2024, with a deep commitment to strengthening the teaching quality, improving student records management, and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching. This report highlights the progress made over the past year, the challenges encountered, and the vision for the coming year.

*2. Achievements in Teaching and Academic Coordination*
From the instruction and guidance of the Extension programme Coorditator (EPC) *Bro Tim Iwe,* there has been a great improvment in the Curriculum Review and implementation.
Regular evaluations of instructors were implemented, resulting in improved lecture delivery and student engagement. Workshops  and Evagelisms were organized to help instructors and the students do the master's job well.

Timetable and Course Scheduling:
Class schedules were refined to avoid clashes and to better reflect student availability, especially for the newly opened study center.

*3. Student Records Management*

Digital Recordkeeping Initiated
Student files, results, and registration records were digitized for more secure and efficient access. This also facilitated easier tracking of academic progress.

*4. Instructor Lecture Oversight*

✓Lecture Monitoring Introduced
Attendance and content delivery of instructors are now monitored regularly. Reports are collected and reviewed for quality assurance.

✓Feedback System Created
Students are encouraged to submit anonymous feedback on lectures, helping us identify areas of improvement for instructors.

*5. Starting a second center.*

Within the period of one year, we have also been able to open a second study center at Emene Enugu State on 7/6/2025, and will officially start lectures this month of July 2025.
Two congregations were revived through the effort if the BVBIN Students in their various places of assignment. Two congregations were also established in different parts of Enugu. There have been some baptisms.

*7. Challenges Faced*

Some limitations restricted the scale of certain planned upgrades.

*8. Vision for the Coming Year (2025–2026)*

Fully integrate a student portal system for registration, results, and communication.

Organize quarterly training for student instructors to improve in their Evangelism and Bible interpretation.

*9. Appreciation*

I extend sincere appreciation to the instructors, administrative staff, students, and board members for their cooperation and commitment. Your support has been the driving force behind the progress recorded so far. I must also acknowledge the effort of *Bro. Chad, Bro Keith, and Bro Tim* who will always encourage me to be strong.

*10. Conclusion*

This first year has been foundational. While there is still much to be done, I remain committed to excellence in leadership, transparency, and growth in line with the mission of BVBIN. By God's grace, we will continue to raise Biblically sound and equipped leaders for the church and society at large.

Thanks.

yours faithfully,
