Moundou, September 2025
May grace and divine peace be abundantly given to you from God, the source of our lives and our salvation in Jesus Christ! Allow me, on behalf of the students and staff of the Bear Valley Bible Institute Moundou - Chad, to extend our sincere greetings and gratitude for the quality of the coordination of activities observed between you, Creekside, Bear Valley Denver, and the mission in Chad. May God continue to bless you more for His work!
Through this letter, we would like to update you on the activities of our Bible school last August. We want to talk about evangelism, the resumption of classes (the fourth quarter), and its progress.
EVANGELISM:
We continue to glorify the Lord for his support in evangelism. We preached the Gospel during the month of August. Students on vacation are spreading the word in their respective communities. Those who spent their vacation in Moundou continued to visit our friends with whom we usually share the Gospel. There was a baptism in Kèlo and one in Bissiwadog. We pray for these new brothers. At the Moundou Penitentiary Center, we are unfortunately encountering difficulties with the Protestant denominations that practice there. They do not want us to worship differently from them but according to the doctrine of the Bible. For the sake of souls, we must not be left out. We pray that the relevant prison authorities do not fall into their trap.
THE FOURTH QUARTER:
Speaking of the fourth quarter, classes have resumed very well. Our instructors are very motivated to train the brothers. Classes will end on October 25th, God willing. After the end-of-term internship, we will have the end-of-year vacation. The second year is scheduled to resume on January 4, 2026.
We take this opportunity to inform you that the Bear Valley Bible Institute Moundou – Chad family is in mourning. The wife of the security officer of the school passed away on Thursday, September 4th. The body will be buried on Monday, September 8th. May God console the heart of our beloved Baoweling Samuel!
These were our activities for the month of August and our plans for closing the year 2025. Please convey our sincere greetings to the Pattonville and Creekside congregations. We are very grateful for their support. May God continue to bless them abundantly!
In Christ,
Datoudji
