Students in Abuja Participate in Evangelism Outreach
BEAR VALLEY BIBLE INSTITUTE NIGERIA (BVBIN), ABUJA
PROGRESS REPORT
To the glory of God, we are delighted to present this progress report on the activities of Bear Valley Bible Institute Nigeria (BVBIN), Abuja.
The work of training faithful men and women for effective service in the kingdom continues to make steady progress. We currently have twelve (12) students enrolled in the Abuja study center. We are pleased to report that eleven (11) of these students are demonstrating exceptional commitment and seriousness in their academic pursuits, attending classes regularly and participating actively in both classroom and practical assignments.
In the area of evangelism, the Lord has richly blessed our efforts. During the period under review, seven precious souls were baptized into Christ. We return all glory to God for this encouraging development and pray that they will remain faithful and continue to grow in the knowledge of His Word.
Recognizing that the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, is vast and strategically positioned, we have intensified our sensitization efforts among congregations and brethren, encouraging them to enroll more students in the school. We are confident that, with continued awareness and cooperation from the brotherhood, many more faithful Christians will take advantage of this opportunity to be equipped for greater service.
Last month, we organized an evangelism outreach, during which our students participated actively. The exercise provided valuable practical experience in soul-winning and strengthened their confidence in sharing the gospel with others.
Preparations are also in top gear for our next Convocation Ceremony, and we look forward to celebrating another set of trained workers who will further advance the cause of Christ.
Academically, lectures are progressing smoothly. In addition to our four physical contact sessions each month, several lecturers also conduct online contact sessions, ensuring that students receive additional guidance, clarification, and encouragement beyond the regular classroom schedule.
Another exciting area of progress is our Skills Acquisition Programme. Under the leadership of Dr. Imoh Enang Atakpa, this initiative is expanding into the digital space. Students are now being introduced to Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills and other relevant digital competencies to prepare them for effective tent-making ministry and responsible engagement in today's technology-driven world. This initiative is designed to complement their Biblical training and enhance their ability to support themselves while remaining effective gospel preachers.
Finally, we express our sincere appreciation to our International Directors, Bro. Chad Wagner and Bro. Keith Kardashian, for their unwavering commitment, encouragement, and consistent supervision of the work. Their sacrificial leadership and continued support have contributed significantly to the steady growth and development of BVBIN Abuja.
We remain committed to our mission of equipping faithful men and women with sound Biblical knowledge, practical ministry experience, and valuable life skills for effective service in the kingdom of God.
We humbly request your continued prayers, encouragement, and support as we strive to expand the Lord's work through Biblical education.
Respectfully submitted by,
Dr. Imoh Enang Atakpa
