BVBI in Agege holds Successful Evangelistic Campaign

BEAR VALLEY BIBLE INSTITUTE NIGERIA

AGEGE STUDY CENTRE

Quarterly Report (May – July 2026)

Introduction

To the glory of God, we respectfully present the quarterly report of the Bear Valley Bible Institute Nigeria, Agege Study Centre for the period covering April to June 2026. Throughout the quarter, the Centre remained committed to its mission of equipping faithful men and women with sound Biblical knowledge for effective service in the Lord's kingdom. We are grateful to God for His continued guidance, protection, and abundant blessings upon the work.

Class Activities

Academic and spiritual activities were conducted in line with the guidelines and standards of Bear Valley Bible Institute. Regular classes were held as scheduled, with students demonstrating commitment to their studies through active participation in lectures, discussions, assignments, and practical ministry training. Emphasis continued to be placed on sound Biblical doctrine, leadership development, evangelism, and Christian character, in keeping with the objectives of the Institute. In line with this, the centre completed the following courses:

1.      Foundation of Mission – taught by Mfon Etim in the month of April.

2.      Old Testament- 1 (Genesis - Deuteronomy)  taught by Noel Otuwho in the month of May.

3.      African Traditional Religion – taught by Suleiman Yusuf in the month of June.

Evangelism Campaign

In furtherance of the Institute's commitment to practical evangelism, an evangelistic campaign was successfully conducted on the 30th of May 2026 in the Awori area of Agege. Students and instructors participated actively in reaching out to members of the community with the gospel of Christ through personal evangelism, distribution of gospel tracts, Bible discussions, and open-air evangelism. We thank God for granting us the opportunity to spread His word and plant seeds of the gospel in the hearts of many people.

Baptism

We are delighted to report that one soul in the person of Nwankwo Chiamaka obeyed the gospel during the reporting period through baptism into Christ. We rejoice with the angels in heaven over this precious soul and pray for continued spiritual growth and faithfulness in the Lord's service. Chiamaka now worships with the Church of Christ.

Brother Chad Wagner’s Visit

We express our sincere appreciation for the encouraging visit of Brother Chad Wagner on the 27th of June 2026. His presence, words of encouragement, and fellowship greatly inspired both the students and staff of the Agege Study Centre. His visit strengthened our resolve to remain steadfast in the work of training gospel workers for the Lord's harvest.

Appreciation

We sincerely appreciate the Managers and Administrative Staff of Bear Valley Bible Institute for their visionary leadership, unwavering support, and continuous commitment to educating men and women who would educate the world about Christ. We are equally grateful to all our supporters, partners, congregations, and individual brethren in Nigeria and abroad whose prayers and encouragement continue to sustain this noble work. May the Lord richly bless each of you for your sacrifices in advancing God’s kingdom.

Conclusion

We thank God for His faithfulness throughout this quarter and for the progress recorded at the Agege Study Centre. We remain committed to maintaining the high standards of Bear Valley Bible Institute while continuing to prepare faithful Christians for effective ministry. We solicit your continued prayers and support as we strive to expand the work of Biblical education and evangelism for the glory of God.
