New congregation in Chad
This is another opportunity for us to update you on the activities of our Bible school, which you have worked tirelessly to coordinate, support, and oversee.
Indeed, our students resumed classes for the second year (2026) and the fourth term on January 5th. Classes are progressing very well. The next workshop is scheduled for February 7th to 15th. We sincerely pray that all will go well for the glory of God.
Speaking of evangelism, which is our primary work, we glorify the name of Jesus Christ for the work of the first month of 2026. Our first official outing of the year was a success. Your prayers and contributions have borne fruit. Following the work of the student team, the staff, and three (3) alumni through door-to-door evangelism in the village of Gouri and the screening of a film about the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, eight (8) souls were saved from their sins through baptism on January 31st, and the Lord's church was planted this Sunday, February 1st, 2026. Help us in prayer for the growth of this new congregation, as its members, both men and women, have recently left a denomination called EVA (Église Vie Abondante - Abundant Life Church). We are taking this opportunity once again to express our sincere gratitude for your multifaceted support of our work in Chad, and especially at our training school. Please also extend our thanks to all those who, in one way or another, contribute to the mission in Chad, particularly the Creekside Elders and the congregation. May God bless you all in Jesus Christ!
