Students Continue their Studies in Ette

Bear Valley Bible Institute Nigeria (BVBI) Ette Study Center.

REPORT: from November 2025 to January 2026

Another golden opportunity to thank God for the life, strength, and blessings he has rendered to BVBI sponsors.

To say it all that ETTE study center has indeed contributed greatly to the spiritual growth of members in the various churches of Christ in ETTE, through their students who serve as ministers and leading men in their various congregations. This is the fourth phase of our report since the establishment of this study center.

November Report

Lectures held this month, with the course "Old Testament 2 (History of Joshua and Esther)" facilitated by God's Power. This course

Lessons from Joshua and Esther highlight that God uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary, sovereign purposes through courage, faith, and obedience. Joshua teaches that success comes from strength, meditating on Scripture, and acting on God’s promises, while Esther shows how to act with courageous, strategic faith for "such a time as this" to protect God's people.

December Report

In December, the course "Old Testament 3 (study of wisdom literature: Job)” was taught by Faith Jonathan. This course emphasizes the Book of Job as a cornerstone of Biblical wisdom literature, dismantles the simplistic view that righteousness always brings prosperity, explores the "why" behind innocent suffering, asserting God's absolute sovereignty, calling for trust in Him despite life's inexplicable calamities, and emphasizes that true wisdom is found in fearing God.

January Report

The course "Personal Evangelism 2” was facilitated by Ameh Augustine.

Personal evangelism 2 is the intentional, relational, and prayerful process of sharing the message of Jesus Christ with individuals through both words and actions. It involves building genuine, loving relationships, listening for spiritual curiosity, and sharing your personal testimony or the Gospel message with gentleness and respect.
