
OPERATIONAL REPORT AUGUST, 2025
1. CLASSROOM WORK
We have successfully come to the end of another term. Thanks be to God for His mercies and Grace throughout the term. The term ended on Friday, 29th August, 2025 after the second short course. There were two short courses this term: 1 Corinthians and the cost of Discipleship.
There were other activities in the month like the graduation week where preparations were made towards the graduation and the seminar week. This second term, we successfully completed eight (8) courses. Six of them were main courses: New Testament Church, How we got the Bible, Life of Christ 2, Book of Acts, Scheme of Redemption and Old Testament 2.
Part –time classes for the month were also interrupted by the graduation ceremony and the seminar. The students are currently studying homiletics, book of Acts.
2. GRADUATION AND SEMINAR
The 18th graduation ceremony of the school took place on the16th of August. Twelve men who have completed their courses were commissioned into the Lord’s vineyard. Nine full-time students and three part-time students graduated on the day. It was a successful ceremony by the grace of God. Graduates received awards for their efforts in various areas. There were awards for the most evangelistic student, most hardworking student, well-behaved student and best graduating student. The best graduating student received a new laptop for his outstanding academic performance. This laptop, including two Holman Bible Dictionaries and one Life Application Study Bible (NKJV) were donated by Brother Chad Wagner (Bear-Valley Bible Director). The rest of the awards (Defending the Faith Study Bibles—15 pieces) were donated by Howe Church of Christ, Texas.
The school also honored two of the past students who have been active in the evangelism programs of the school and are also working really hard for the Master’s course.
This year’s seminar started on Monday, 18th August and ended on the afternoon of Thursday, 21stAugust. The seminar was very well attended by preachers and leaders for the length and breadth of Ghana. The lessons from our speakers were very inspiring and challenging. It was also a time of fellowship and bonding. Overall, we really had a great time during the seminar and it was a big success.
