Summer Camp with an Eternal Difference!

The Bear Valley Future Preacher's Training Camp is currently the oldest camp of its kind in the brotherhood (beginning in 1999). This camp is designed to fan the flame for preaching and leadership in young men ages 13-18. Campers are treated to a full week of training in sermon preparation, Bible study, personal evangelism and more, all while enjoying the beauty of Colorado. These classes help the campers strengthen their spiritual lives while they form fellowship bonds with other like-minded young men. Recreational activities throughout the week allow them to enjoy the beauty of Colorado and the Bear Valley church family.

Join us for a camp that can help make an eternal difference!

WHEN IT IS EACH YEAR?

The camp begins the second Sunday and runs through third Sunday each June.

COST OF THE CAMP

There is no charge for the camper to attend. The camper will be responsible for transportation to and from camp, and spending money for any off-campus activities.

The week is filled with training classes in Bible study, sermon preparation and delivery, the life and work of the preacher, and personal evangelism. Most days will also involve a unique off-site devotional we call “Live Wire Lessons.” There will be recreational activities each day such as sports, scenic trips, and, on some occasions, a hike. We always end the week with an extra special and fun trip.
